Hi. I'm a degree student learning about interpretative phenomenological analysis (IPA).?
I just need to know if what I am doing is right. I'm looking into how quality of life could affect an international student's academic performance. As the quality of life is the core theme, I have planned to elaborate on quality of social life, quality of health, quality of education and quality of psychological property i.e motivation and how these elements of QoL affects academic performance. Please advise me. I have read some article on it, but most were discussing on feelings and anger.

With this vision, schools are required to pay as much attention in classes and libraries as in sports and social activities. It is a common sense that healthy body is the fundament for success in the future. Every school meant to help its students become success. So it is also their job to make every student strong enough, especially physical strong, so that they can take the duty that society gives them. Suppose that a university lack of sports activities, its students would do sports exercise little, then they will be easily to get ill. If that happens how could students study well? Since the most efficient way to be strong is do more sports activities, then it would be necessary for university to build more gems and buy more sports equipment. With these basic facilities, students would be more likely to use them in their part time, since this can not only make them healthy but also enrich their part time life, and help them make new friends. If a university wants to be the best one, it should be the best in teaching and having the best basic facilities which can make students life easy and colorful. So a real good university usually has the ability to hold many kinds of sport games, which can draw a lot of attention and make school become more famous. Like Qinghua University, it holds the national teenager football game every year and many other games like tennis and ping pong. Compare with my university, we only have a very small square containing about 3,000 people, and never hold any famous game except our own sports meeting. So that would be not difficult to understand why Qinghua University can be the best one in China, and every student wants to go there for education. Thus, school should spend more money in sports, because by this means it can gain reputation for the school and cause economic benefits.Social activities should be part of the college life. It is the basic skill we need to acquire, since we live in the society that we have to connect with others. So it is important to cultivate this ability when students are in college. And school should take this responsibility to provide every student a chance, letting them participates in social activities. Thus university should invite some famous people, let them perform a lecture and make sure students have opportunities to contact with those people and share thoughts with them.
